Our Biggest Year Yet

2025 was a year of growth, innovation, and transformation. We expanded what's possible, removed barriers that stood in the way of fun, and built features that changed how millions of people experience their favorite games.

We listened to your feedback. We shipped faster than ever before. We took risks on new ideas and refined the tools you already loved. Everything we did this year was driven by one goal: making gaming more accessible, more customizable, and more magical for everyone.

Here's just some of what we accomplished together:

WeMod officially became Wand in November 2025, but we were building to that moment all year. Interactive maps with Live Location Tracking and Teleportation. Intelligent game guidance. Video clipping. Curated collections. Features that transformed us from a modding platform into something more magical.

From Nice-to-Have to Essential

This year, we made some significant enhancements to the maps product which led to it becoming a big reason that people use Wand.

Interactive Maps in the Overlay
We moved interactive maps directly into the overlay so you don’t have to leave your game to find your next item or quest.  

Live Location Tracking
Real-time position tracking launched with 15 games and expanded throughout the year. Now you can see your exact location on the map in more than 50+ different maps, with more being added regularly. 

Custom Map Pins
Create and share your own map markers. Drop a pin, save it, share the link with friends. Your discoveries become a new marker on the map.

Enhanced Discovery Features
We added nearby pin view for dense areas, progress tracking to see completion percentages, and the ability to reset found pins when starting fresh.

Video Map Pins
When you capture a video clip, it automatically creates a pin on the map where it happened.

Game customization remains at the heart of what we do. In 2025, we made it even more powerful and more personal.

Pinned Mods (PRO)
Pin your most-used customizations to the top of the list so the most essential mods are always one click away.

Precision Mod Controls (PRO)
Our biggest update to mod functionality in years. Expand supported mods to reveal detailed sub-controls. Adjust regeneration rates, recovery delays, and damage multipliers to dial in exactly how you want the game to play. Launched with 30+ games and expanding regularly.

Custom Mod Collections (PRO)
Group mods by how you play and filter your view to just what you need. No more scrolling through the full list every session.

Time Limit Removal
We removed the daily time limit for free users and unlocked interactive mod controls for everyone!

Curated Collections
We organized mods into five playstyle-based collections: Assist, Ease, Refine, Challenge, and Sandbox. Each shows only the mods relevant to how you want to play. 

Capture Your Favorite Moments

Video clipping has been a top requested feature, and in 2025 we delivered. Now you can capture your best moments instantly (and automatically), organize them by game, share them with friends, and enjoy unlimited cloud storage!

Instant Highlights
Press ‘Ctrl+\’ for Wand to save the last 15, 30, or 60 seconds of gameplay. Your clips sync to the cloud, ready to share anytime.

Custom Hotkeys
We heard your feedback and added customizable video capture hotkeys. Set any key combination and capture your way.

Video Library
We organized all your clips by game and added a filtered search. View clips from specific titles without scrolling through your entire library.

Auto Highlights
Automatically capture key moments instantly. Simply choose what triggers Auto Highlights in settings, and Wand handles the rest. Auto Highlights will continue to support more and more games every month!

Everything You Need, Without Leaving Your Game

The overlay is where the magic happens. In 2025, we made it faster and easier to use.

Maps in Overlay
Full map functionality like live location, teleportation, and custom pins are now available right in the overlay. 

AI Game Guide in Overlay
Get instant access to tips & strategies without leaving your game.

Precision Mods in Overlay
Precision Mod Controls became accessible mid-game, giving you full customization power from the Wand overlay.

Pinned Mods in Overlay
Pro users can right-click any mod to instantly pin or unpin it directly from the in-game overlay.

Improved Performance
In addition to everything above, we also made consistent quality-of-life improvements to the overlay throughout the year. This means faster loading, improved input handling, and optimized performance. 

Going Beyond The Expected

In addition to the major improvements we made across the platform this year, we also introduced new game-specific tools, partnerships, and made our first steps into supporting multiplayer games with our Interactive Maps.
