What is the Discord Nitro Pro benefit?
As a Wand Pro subscriber, you get 1 month of Discord Nitro for free — included as part of your subscription. This is not a limited-time promotion; it's a benefit that comes with your paid Pro membership.

Is this a limited-time promotion?
No. This is an included benefit of Wand Pro, available for the duration of our partnership with Discord. It is not a sale or a temporary offer.
How long does the free Discord Nitro trial last?
The trial gives you 1 month of Discord Nitro. After your free month ends, Discord will automatically convert your account to a paid monthly Nitro subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time in your Discord User Settings.
Eligibility
Who is eligible to claim this benefit?
To claim the Discord Nitro benefit, you must be an active paid Wand Pro subscriber at the time of redemption. Free Wand users are not eligible for this benefit.
Who is eligible to redeem the Discord Nitro trial on their Discord account?
To successfully redeem the trial on Discord, you must not have had an active Discord Nitro subscription or trial in the past 12 months. Specifically:
Users who have never subscribed to Discord Nitro are eligible.
Users who previously had Nitro and have not had any active Nitro subscription for the past 12 months are eligible.
Current Nitro Basic subscribers who have never had Nitro Standard are also eligible to redeem — however, activating the trial will replace your Nitro Basic subscription, and you will not receive a refund for any remaining Nitro Basic value.
Users who currently have an active Discord Nitro subscription are not eligible to redeem at this time.
Discord enforces eligibility checks on their end when you attempt to redeem the code.
What countries is this available in?
This benefit is available worldwide, with the following exceptions: Syria, Ukraine, Russia, Iran, and North Korea. If you are in one of these regions, the benefit will not be displayed in your Wand app.
If you receive an 'Unknown Gift Code' error when trying to redeem, your account may be ineligible based on region or account history. See Discord's Help Center for more details.
I'm a paid Wand Pro subscriber but don't see the Discord Nitro benefit in the app. Why?
There are a few reasons you might not see the benefit:
Your Wand Pro account email address is not verified. Verify your email in your account settings, then try again.
You are located in an excluded region (Syria, Ukraine, Russia, Iran, or North Korea).
You have already claimed the benefit for this period and are not eligible to claim again.

How to Claim
How do I claim my Discord Nitro trial?
To claim your Discord Nitro benefit:
Open the Wand desktop app and make sure you're signed in as a paid Pro subscriber.
Click your avatar in the app to open the menu, then select Rewards. You can also access it via the sidebar notification that appears when you have an unclaimed reward.
Find the Discord Nitro reward and click Claim to generate your unique redemption code.
You'll be taken directly to Discord's redemption page. Make sure you're logged into the Discord account you want to add Nitro to.
Confirm your payment method on Discord (required to activate the trial — you won't be charged until the trial ends).
Can I share my code with a friend?
Yes. If you are unable to use the code yourself (for example, if you're ineligible on your Discord account), you can share the redemption link with a friend. We recommend sending it via a private message. Note that once the code is redeemed by anyone, it cannot be transferred or reissued.
I claimed my code but can't find it. Can I get it again?
Yes. Your redemption link should be accessible from the Rewards section of your Wand app (click your avatar → Rewards). If you cannot find it there, contact Wand support at [email protected].
Payment & Subscription
Why do I need to enter payment information to redeem a Discord Nitro trial?
Discord requires a valid payment method on file to activate any Nitro subscription, including free trials. This is so they can start your paid billing automatically when the trial ends. You will not be charged until after your free trial month is over.
You can cancel your Nitro subscription at any time before the trial ends in your Discord User Settings to avoid being charged.
Why do I see a temporary charge or hold on my account?
Discord places a small temporary hold on your payment method to verify it works. This is not a charge — it is reversed immediately. The hold may take a few business days to clear from your bank or card statement. If it has not cleared after 5 business days, contact Discord support at dis.gd/contact.
I claimed the Nitro code and now can't get a refund on my Wand Pro subscription. Why?
When you claim your Discord Nitro benefit, your Wand Pro subscription becomes ineligible for a prorated refund for the current billing period.
What happens after my Discord Nitro free trial ends?
At the end of your 1-month trial, Discord will automatically convert your account to a paid monthly Nitro subscription and charge the payment method you provided. To avoid being charged, cancel your Nitro subscription in Discord User Settings before the trial period ends.
