The Wand Report

At Wand, our goal is to help you get more out of the games you play. Up until now, we've done that through tools like Game Customizations, Interactive Game Maps, and Intelligent Game Guides. Today, we're launching a new way to make gaming magical.

The Wand Report is a new editorial site from our team, covering game reviews, previews, developer interviews, and more. It's written by experienced game journalists and led by a publishing director with 30 years in games media.

Here's what he has to say about The Wand Report is and where it's headed:

Today, we’re launching The Wand Report, a new editorial arm of Wand. It's a place where you can read about upcoming games and enjoy top-notch game reviews, interviews, and articles curated by a team of highly experienced game journalists. Some of the best in the biz, in fact.

The Wand community has long been enjoying our fantastic tools to get the most out of their games, and now The Wand Report will also provide an insight into what to watch out for in the future, what games we think you should be checking out, as well as chats with the developers behind them.

In case you are wondering who I am, well, I been working in the videogame industry editorial space for 30 years and have seen it evolve over time, and not always for the best. With that in mind, we are going to throw out the rule book and provide the Wand community with a site that has no ads, gives honest opinions about the games we are playing, and attempts to cut through the hype. Hopefully we can entertain you along the way.

There are hundreds of games released each week, and we’ll be doing our best to make sure we not only cover the bigger releases, but also seek out hidden gems you might miss. We’ll also be monitoring your input based on games that you have voted for when it comes to Wand support.

Finally, thank you for all your support and for being part of our journey as Wand continues to grow. We’re really excited about what we have planned for The Wand Report. We’re just getting started.
