Wand Partners with IGDB and Twitch to Support Games Faster

We've partnered with IGDB (Internet Games Database), operated by Twitch, to bring their game catalog data into Wand.

IGDB is the most comprehensive game database in the world, covering thousands of titles across every platform with data on release dates, publishers, genres, player wishlists, and streaming activity. It's the same data that powers game discovery across Twitch, and now it's informing how we build and prioritize support inside Wand.

Having better insight into which games are generating excitement before they launch gives us more time to build meaningful support for them. When a game announces a release date or climbs the wishlist charts, we’ll be able to act on it sooner so customizations, maps, and other tools are ready sooner.
