Library in a nutshell
The Library is a list of all the games Wand automatically detects on your PC, supported or unsupported. Want to tweak what shows up? This article walks you through it!
Library features
Automatic detection: Wand finds the games installed on your PC for you, so there’s nothing to set up.
Supported and unsupported games: Your library shows every detected game, even ones Wand can’t be used with.
Customize your list: Add your most-played games as favorites and hide the ones you don’t want cluttering your sidebar.
Launch options: Start a game with or without mods right from the sidebar.
Quick access: Open any game’s page in one click from the sidebar.
Note: Games detected by Wand can be hidden from the sidebar but not removed from your library.
The Library
The Library page showcases which games you have installed that are detected by the Wand app.
Clicking on the star icon places the game you selected as favorite on the sidebar
You can also sort your Library alphabetically or by recently played!
Lastly, you can toggle between list view and thumbnail view on your Library page by clicking on this area.
The My Games Sidebar
The My Games Sidebar keeps your games one click away, so you can jump in without digging through menus.
Want less clutter? Use the sort and filter menu to reorder your games or hide unsupported ones.
Click the three dots beside any game to launch it with or without mods, favorite it, follow it for mod updates, or hide it from the My Games Sidebar!
Switching games through the My Games Sidebar
Want to play something else? Click the new game in the My Games Sidebar, then click Play, and confirm the switch in the pop-up. Wand runs one game at a time, so switching stops any active mods in your current game.
Note: A yellow dot on a game’s icon means you’re playing it. If you also see a Wand icon next to its name, you’re playing with mods.
