Installation steps
1. Go to wand.com and click Download or Get Wand Free.
2. Open the installer from your browser: Once the download finishes, find "Wand-Setup.exe" in your browser downloads. Click on it to open and run the installer.
3. Confirm the security warning: Windows will show a popup asking "Do you want to run this file?" with the publisher listed as WeMod LLC. Click Run.
4. Click Install Now: Click Install Now to begin. This confirms you agree to Wand's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
5. The Wand login screen appears! You can now log in or create your account.
Running into trouble?
If Wand won't install or the download won't finish, work through these:
Try running the installer as administrator instead. Right-click Wand-Setup.exe and select Run as administrator.
Make sure you have at least 200MB of free disk space.
Confirm your internet connection is stable.
Close other applications during installation.
Try a different browser if the download won't complete.
Run the installer using Windows compatibility troubleshooting.
Reinstalling after a failed or broken install?
Uninstall Wand from Control Panel, then delete these folders before reinstalling (copy-paste the paths below):
C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Roaming\Wand
C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp
