To help us assist you more effectively, please include the following details when contacting our support team:

  • All possible email addresses used

  • Approximate account creation date or last login

  • Whether your account was free or Pro

If you have (or had) a subscription, also include:

  • Your full name as it appears on your payment method

  • Last 4 digits of the payment card used
