All possible email addresses used
Any known usernames
Approximate account creation date or last login
Whether your account was free or Pro
If you have (or had) a subscription, also include:
Your full name as it appears on your payment method
Last 4 digits of the payment card used
Payment method (Credit/Debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, etc.)
Any recent charge amounts and dates
Transaction IDs or confirmation emails
Providing these details helps the support team locate and recover your account more efficiently.
