Changing your username
On the Wand website:
1. Go to www.wand.com and log into your account
2. Navigate to My Account → Profile
3. Click the text box under Username
4. Enter your new username
5. Add your password
6. Click Save
In the Wand desktop app:
1. Log into your account
2. Click your profile picture at the top right corner
3. Go to Settings → My Account → Profile
4. Click the text box under Username
5. Enter your new username and save your changes
Updating your email address
On the Wand website:
1. Log into your account at www.wand.com
2. Navigate to My Account → Profile
3. Click the text box under Email address
4. Enter your new email address
5. Click Save
In the Wand desktop app:
1. Log into your account
2. Click your profile picture at the top right corner
3. Go to Settings → My Account → Profile
4. Click the text box under Email address
5. Add your password
6. Enter your new email and save your changes
