Troubleshooting password reset emails

If you're not receiving the reset email:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folders

  • Confirm you're using the correct email

  • Add [email protected] to your contacts/safe senders list

  • Wait 5 minutes and try sending the reset email again

  • Some email providers may block automated emails, including password reset links. Contact your email provider if you suspect this is the case.

  • Certain email domains may reject messages from Wand entirely. Consider using a different email provider if issues persist.

If the email still doesn’t arrive, contact [email protected] with the following:

  • The email address you're trying to reset

  • Your Wand username (if known)

  • Any alternative email addresses you may have used

  • Confirmation that you checked spam/junk folders

  • The last time you successfully logged in

  • Any error messages received

Security Notes

  • Wand support cannot manually generate or send password reset links. These are automatically sent to the registered email address to protect your account.

  • Always ensure your email address is up-to-date and accessible.

Additional Troubleshooting

  • Invalid Reset Token Error: This error may occur due to multiple reset attempts or an expired link. Wait 30 minutes and request a new link.

  • Switch to other Email Provider: If your current provider continues to block messages, switch to a provider like Gmail or Yahoo.

  • Reinstall the Wand App: If login issues persist after resetting your password, reinstall the Wand app to ensure you are using the latest version.

Updating Your Email Address

If you continue to face issues, consider updating your email address to other provider like Gmail or Yahoo. To do this:

  1. Choose a new email address that is not already associated with another Wand account.

  2. Contact Wand Support from the new email address, providing your Wand username and current email address.

  3. Follow any verification steps requested by support.

  4. Request a new password reset link once your email is updated.
