Permanently Delete Your Wand Account

To request account deletion:

  1. Ensure you've canceled any active subscriptions first

  2. Contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" using the same email address you used for account creation

  3. To help us assist you more effectively, please include the following details when contacting our support team:

    • Your Wand username

    • Email address associated with your account

    • Confirmation that you've cancelled any active subscriptions

    • Reason for account deletion

  4. Our team will process your deletion request

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed from our systems. Our policy allows for one account deletion per calendar year.

Important: You must send the deletion request from the same email address that was used to create your Wand account for security verification purposes.

Note: If you have submitted a request through Mine / PrivacyHawk to delete your account, no additional steps are required. Once we receive a valid request from these services, your account will be deleted in accordance with our data policy.
