Refund Request Handling

General refund policy

  • Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed

  • Unused pre-paid time is non-refundable

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take up to 30 calendar days

    • Most are completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

  • When a refund is issued, the associated subscription is automatically canceled and terminated. This ensures the subscription will not renew in the future unless the user chooses to resubscribe.
