Checking game compatibility
You can check game compatibility directly in the Wand app:
Open the Wand desktop application
Use the search bar to look for your game by name, or just start typing
Appearing in search results doesn't necessarily mean the game is supported, unsupported games can also show up in search
If the game doesn't appear at all, we don't have a page for it yet. Let us know through Discord or [email protected] (with the Game title and its platform) and we'll add a request for it.
Once a game has a page, click it to view its details:
Mods available: the game has active customizations you can use right away:
Incompatible and retired: the game used to have mods, but they've been retired due to incompatibility with newer game versions. They may still work with older versions, but Wand no longer supports this game going forward:
Not supported: the game has never had mods and isn't expected to, usually due to technical limitations or its multiplayer nature:
No mods yet: the game has a page but no customizations have been made. You can Boost it to signal demand to the team
Checking platform support
Games can be available on multiple platforms (Steam, GOG, Epic, etc), but mods aren't always available for every platform a game supports.
To check this:
Search for the game you want in Wand
Click the Game settings icon (the sliders icon next to the help icon)
Select Game source
Select the platform you purchased the game from
If a platform is listed but selecting it takes you to a "Looking for mods?" screen, that means mods haven't been created for that specific platform yet, even if the game has mods for a different platform. In that case, you'll need to Boost that platform version to signal demand.
If the platform you purchased the game from is not shown in the dropdown at all, that means we do not support that platform yet. You can let us know through Discord or [email protected] (with the game title and its platform) and we will add a request for it.
Request Mods

Console games (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch)

Using other mods with Wand
